Fallout: New Vegas bravely continues the narrative legacy of Fallout and Fallout 2, and it could be, and has been, argued that in some respects it even outdoes them. I think the easiest way to get the strip to hate you is to just go in there a light the place up with a flurry of lead. You may have to kill the ncr and securitrons there as well but if you kill some gamblers or other strip npcs that should lower your stip reputation very fast.
